- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am not local to Kingston, NY but I do have Allstate insurance in Rhode Island. I did however buy a vehicle in Kingston, NY and ran into difficulties at the NY DMV. I stopped into the Kingston Allstate office near the DMV and was assisted by Ms. Deborah Iapoce. I cannot sing her praise enough for everything she did for me! She went above and beyond to work with and explain things to my agent back in RI. I wish she was my agent and Allstate is lucky to have her!
