- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Bannister and the entire staff are warm and considerate. They have been unfailingly kind to me and my pets. My dog would dance her way up the steps, grinning with pleasure at the thought of being there where everyone was so good to her. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although we were told that X-rays would be useless since they wouldn't show the dental floss our cat had swallowed, they performed two of them anyway, without our okay. The cat passed the floss herself but we were presented with a whopping $700 bill. We loved Dr. Bannister and his assistant--they were warm and caring--but standard practice is to notify the pet-owner before doing any procedure.
