- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been at Ulster Family Medicine for many years. Recently, it took me two days and numerous phone calls to resolve a perscription problem. When I tried to refill it the two days of work on the original scrip problem was non existent. I called Ulster Family's office and began by saying I was unhappy about having to resolve the problem again. I then said there was no way I could spend another two days on the issue. The person hung up on me. I've spent thousands of dollars at the practice and never once had an issue.
