- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had services in 2015. Inadvertently I gave an expired insurance card. I didn't know there was an issue with that until 2017 when I recieved a Bill for nearly $500.. After talking with my insurance company they said it was past the time limit and they would not pay. Orthopedic associates took no ownership of billing me too late and made me pay the bill. Had they billed me within 6 months my insurance would have covered the amount. I will never go there again and ask upset at such a costly mistske.February 17, 2017by christina osburn
